About Us

Stephanie Middleberg, MS, RD, CDN, is the founder of Middleberg Nutrition, a health and wellness practice based in New York City. Stephanie takes a pragmatic approach to eating healthy in a busy world.  Instead of restricting her clients’ diet, she endeavors to guide in building a better relationship with food that compliments their diverse lifestyles.  Her ability to zero in on people’s key triggers has led to relationships with thousands of clients, editors and writers and established her as one of the city’s most sought health experts. 

Stephanie is consistently featured in top tier media including Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Fitness, Glamour, Shape, Self, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Redbook, Good Housekeeping, Women's Day, MSNBC.com, to name a few.  She's also a member of Cosmopolitan's Health Advisory Board, serving as the magazine's nutritional expert and contributed to the books: The Big New York Sandwich Book and The Prom Book.  Most recently Stephanie led a sellout talk at the 92nd Street Y and consults with one of the City’s most famous markets.  

Stephanie is a native New Yorker and earned her Masters in clinical science and her RD at New York University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, where she graduated with distinction.

 

Nicole Silber, RD, CSP, CDN is a Registered Dietitian and a board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition. As a family nutritionist, she has helped hundreds of children and adults at all stages life to improve their health, feel their best, and meet their nutritional goals. She has managed the nutrition of critically ill children on pediatric intensive care units, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children and adults with feeding tubes, gastrointestinal disease, prematurity, cystic fibrosis, cardiovascular disease, food allergies, diabetes, and weight management issues.

Nicole comes with years of clinical pediatric experience working as a nutritionist in two of New York’s top-rated hospitals: The Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University and NYU Langone Medical Center/Fink Children’s Ambulatory Care Center. In addition to her clinical work, Nicole has consulted on various school nutrition programs, and has been invited to speak to a broad range of audiences including the JCC of Manhattan, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Associates, among others. After graduating from New York University, she completed her training at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Dietetic Internship before being accepted into a selective Pediatric Nutrition Fellowship Program at the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.
