Stephanie Middleberg, MS, RD, CDN, is the founder of Middleberg Nutrition, a health and wellness practice based in New York City. Stephanie takes a pragmatic approach to eating healthy in a busy world. Instead of restricting her clients’ diet, she endeavors to guide in building a better relationship with food that compliments their diverse lifestyles. Her ability to zero in on people’s key triggers has led to relationships with thousands of clients, editors and writers and established her as one of the city’s most sought health experts.
Stephanie is consistently featured in top tier media including Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Fitness, Glamour, Shape, Self, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Redbook, Good Housekeeping, Women's Day, MSNBC.com, to name a few. She's also a member of Cosmopolitan's Health Advisory Board, serving as the magazine's nutritional expert and contributed to the books: The Big New York Sandwich Book and The Prom Book. Most recently Stephanie led a sellout talk at the 92nd Street Y and consults with one of the City’s most famous markets.
Stephanie is a native New Yorker and earned her Masters in clinical science and her RD at New York University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, where she graduated with distinction
Brittany Kohn is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for food and is dedicated to finding smart and simple ways to navigate the overwhelming number of choices New York has to offer. Brittany has a specific interest in nutrition related diseases as she was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She is a graduate of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Dietetic Internship Program where she gained valuable experience in weight management, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, cardiac health, and diabetes management.
Brittany received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and is currently completing graduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University, where she will receive her Master’s Degree in the spring. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as the Greater New York Dietetic Association. Brittany resides in Manhattan with her husband, Matthew and their dog, Riley.
